‘2010: Moby Dick’ Trailer!

The good folks at The Asylum are at it again, this time beating Timur Bekmambetov's proposed adaptation of Moby Dick to the screen with their own take on the Herman Melville classic entitled 2010: Moby Dick. This high-octane thriller reimagines Captain Ahab (Barry Bostwick) as a nuclear sub-driving badass, and the notorious whale he is hunting as a man-hungry monster that could certainly give Jaws's Bruce the Shark a run for its money. Joining Bostwick in this high seas tale of revenge is Xena's Renée O'Connor as a marine biologist and second in command. Click on the clip below to get your first glimpse at the next creature classic from The Asylum:

2010: Moby Dick was released November 23rd, 2010.
