The 3rd Annual DVD Exclusive Awards were held Tuesday, December 2nd, 2003 at The Wiltern LG Theater and were hosted by Jenny McCarthy (MTV's Singled Out, Scary Movie 3).

Shimmering in a dress made entirely of DVDs, McCarthy presided over the video industry's largest awards program and the only one that recognizes the individual artistic achievement in movies produced for home viewing and special editions of theatrical releases.
