Disney XD and LucasFilm have released six new Imperial propaganda posters for their impending animated series Star Wars Rebels. The Imperial Navy is looking to expand its clone army as it seeks to recruit Stormtroopers, Snowtroopers, TIE Fighter Pilots and Imperial Admirals, all with the capability of advancing through the ranks to the Imperial High Command.

Star Wars Rebels takes place between Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope, following the formation of the Rebel alliance, and introducing new characters alongside returning favorites. The story will explore how the Empire secured its grip on the galaxy, while hunting down and killing off the last of the Jedi Knights.

The main storyline will take place on Lothal, as the Empire invades and takes over. Lothal will be the birthplace of the Rebel alliance, as this ragtag gang of freedom fighters band together to protect their home. The series will introduce new villain, the Jedi hunting Inquisitor, and a new droid named Chopper, which is made from spare parts. He has been compared to everyone's favorite astromech droid R2-D2, with executive producer Dave Filoni describing him as such.

"If Artoo is the family dog. Chopper is the cat."

Illustrator and LucasFilm art department crewmember Amy Beth Christenson created these latest propaganda posters. Star Wars Rebels is set to debut with a one-hour special on the Disney Channel fall 2014, before moving to Disney XD for all-new half-hour episodes.
