The hit series 7th Heaven ran for 11 seasons between 1996 to 2007, which helped launch the successful career of star Jessica Biel. The actress appeared in 134 episodes between 1996 and 2006, and even though the show has been off the air for nearly a decade, it seems that Jessica Biel is still close with her cast mates. Over the weekend, one of her co-stars Beverley Mitchell posted a photo on Twitter which featured several cast members from the hit show reuniting at Jessica Biel's new Los Angeles restaurant, Au Fudge. Here's what the actress had to say about the reunion below.

"So much fun supporting our girl on the launch of her amazing new restaurant. Love these people like family!"

The photo includes Jessica Biel, Mackenzie Rosman, Beverley Mitchell, Barry Watson and Catherine Hicks. The reunion didn't include Stephen Collins, who made headlines in 2014 for his involvement in a child molestation scandal that resulted in 7th Heaven being taken out of syndication. The actor hasn't worked regularly since then, except for voicing Howard Stark in a 2014 episode of the animated series, Avengers Assemble.

7th Heaven was a weekly television series that follows the Camden family as the minister father and stay-at-home mother deal with the drama of having seven children, ranging from toddlers to adults with families of their own. The friends, neighbors, and love interests of the various members of the family weigh heavily on the plot of the series, which seeks to address a real-life issue with each episode. The series also starred David Gallagher, Lorenzo Brino and Nikolas Brino.

The reunion comes at a time when many hit shows from the 1980s and 1990s are getting new revivals. Netflix launched Fuller House over the weekend, and Fox recently ended its six-episode run of its beloved The X-Files event series.
