Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is finally coming back after a three-month hiatus next week, with the midseason premiere "Aftershocks" debuting Tuesday, March 3 at 9 PM ET on ABC. While we wait for that episode to air in just a few short days, Marvel has released the official synopsis for the March 17 episode "One Of Us", which teases a team of super villains. Sadly, the identities of these super villains were not explicitly stated, but there may be a few clues hiding within the character names. Take a look at the synopsis and full cast list for "One Of Us" below, then read on for more details.

Cal (Kyle MacLachlan) seeks revenge on Coulson (Clark Gregg) by assembling a team of Super Villains to destroy S.H.I.E.L.D. Meanwhile, May (Ming-Na Wen) calls on renowned Dr. Andrew Garner (Blair Underwood), her charismatic ex-husband, with a crisis that threatens to tear the team apart, on Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Tuesday, March 17 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. stars Clark Gregg as Director Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as Agent Skye, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons, Nick Blood as Lance Hunter and Adrianne Palicki as Bobbi Morse.

Guest starring are Henry Simmons as Alphonso "Mack" Mackenzie, Kyle MacLachlan as The Doctor/Cal, Jamie Harris as Gordon, Blair Underwood as Dr. Andrew Garner, Drea de Matteo as Karla Faye Gideon, Ric Sarabia as Wendell Levi, Geo Corvera as Francis Noche, Jeffrey Daniel Phillips as David A. Angar, Gregg Martin as student, Jack Kennedy as security guard and Jamal Duff as John Bruno.

"One Of Us" was written by Monica Owusu-Breen and directed by Kevin Tancharoen.

This episode will mark the first appearance of Drea de Matteo's Karla Faye Gideon, a character who has had ties to Daredevil in the comics. As for the team of super villains emerging in this episode, it's possible that Geo Corvera's Francis Noche could be Ajax. This character was primarily featured in the Deadpool comics, who was only known as "Francis." Jeffrey Daniel Phillips's David A. Angar is likely Angar the Screamer, who has the ability to cause hallucinations with one of his shrieks. It's possible that the show may be setting up an incarnation of The Masters of Evil, but that has yet to be confirmed. What villains do you hope will show up in the March 17 episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.?

In addition, Marvel and ABC have also released a new clip from next week's "Aftershocks", featuring Coulson and May as they "trade" their villainous prisoner Mr. Bakshi (Simon Kassianides) to Talbott (Adrian Pasdar), in exchange for help in their ongoing battle with Hydra. What begins as a routine prison transfer suddenly takes a turn for the worse, as you can see in this clip below.
