Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) turns to the dark side of HYDRA in a new clip from next week's episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., "Making Friends and Influencing People", airing Tuesday, October 7 at 9 PM ET on ABC.

The Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. team has already had one traitor in their midst, when it was learned last season that Ward (Brett Dalton) has been a double agent with HYDRA all along. As for Simmons, it's possible that she isn't loyal to HYDRA's cause, trying to infiltrate the organization from the inside for Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his team. Will Simmons betray her colleagues and become a HYDRA scientist? We'll find out next week when this upcoming episode airs on ABC, which will also feature the return of Donnie Gill, played by Dylan Minnette.

Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Brett Dalton as Grant Ward, Chloe Bennet as Skye, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons and Nick Blood as Lance Hunter.

Guest starring are Henry Simmons as Alphonso "Mack" Mackenzie, Reed Diamond as Daniel Whitehall, Dylan Minnette as Donnie Gill, Simon Kassianides as Sunil Bakshi, Adam Kulbersh, as Kenneth Turgeon, Maya Stojan as Agent 33, David Diaan as Elias, Jarrod Crawford as Lead Hydra Agent, Nicholas Roth as Second Hydra Agent, Mo Darwiche as Ship's Captain, and Jesse D.
