Warner Bros. is currently on the hunt for a director to take the helm on Justice League of America, after we reported yesterday that Ben Affleck is not involved in the project. Today, we have word that the studio is now considering Cloud Atlas directors Andy Wachowski and Lana Wachowski for this superhero ensemble.
The studio is reportedly very high on Cloud Atlas' immense scope and its ensemble cast, two things the Justice League of America movie will certainly have. It isn't clear if a formal offer has been made to the siblings. They also have projects such as Cobalt Neutral 9 and Jupiter Ascending in the works, although it isn't known if either of those will be their next picture.
