Angelina Jolie is an Oscar-winning actress, director, and humanitarian. One of the highest-paid actresses in Hollywood, Jolie is a movie icon deserving of all the praise she has received. After starring in her first lead role in the film Hackers, she broke ground as an actress, starring in the titular role in the biopic Gia. She proceeded to take home an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Girl, Interrupted and made a name for herself when she took on the role as the beloved video game character Lara Croft.

Jolie's career has spanned the last three decades, and while most recently she has branched out into more directorial roles — Without Blood will be her next directorial project, in fact — her acting career shows no sign of slowing down, as she recently starred in Eternals, a recent addition to the MCU. One of Jolie's most active decades was the 2000s, where she starred in a film almost every year. While quantity doesn't always mean quality, there were bound to be a few diamonds to come out of the decade. These are the best Angelina Jolie movies from the 2000s, ranked.
