'Before The Conjuring, there was Annabelle!'

The Conjuring's iconic Annabelle doll has risen from the graveyard of possessed toys to wreck deadly havoc on a new family in Warner Bros. upcoming spin-off. In theaters this October, just in time for Halloween, Annabelle is invited into the home of a newborn baby, where she hangs out on the wall with her other creepy doll pals. A prequel to James Wan's 2013 horror hit, we get to see how Annabelle eventually wound up in the possession of demon hunters Ed Warren and his wife Lorraine Warren.

Watch in horror as Annabelle's curse sets out to terrorize a new set of parents, after the doll becomes an unwilling witness to a brutal murder in this first look footage.

A prequel to The Conjuring, Annabelle follows the real-life curse surrounding a doll that came to be in the possession of Ghostbusters Ed and Lorraine Warren, who became famous in the 1970s for investigate famous haunted house cases, including The Amityville Horror.
