Will Scott Lang become an Avenger? The latest Ant-Man poster teases just that. The superhero is seen standing inside a giant red A in tribute to the original Marvel's The Avengers, which served to introduce the world to this epic ensemble of crime fighters. How this solo movie will address that is still unknown.

The movie's synopsis claims that Ant-Man is the next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. And it has long claimed to bring a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time. Of course, they aren't talking about Paul Rudd's Scott Lang. They are referring to Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, who invented the suit. His hardware arms master thief Scott Lang with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength. He must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world. This journey will surely catch the eye of Captain America and Black Widow, the new leaders of The Avengers.

Paul Rudd is set to appear as Scott Lang in Captain America: Civil War. And with Hank Pym's Ant-Man being a founding member of The Avengers, it seems fitting that the superhero would be brought back into the fold. Though the story in Captain America: Civil War revolves around the superhero registration act, which has Tony Stark and Steve Rogers on opposing sides of the issue. Will Scott Lang side with Iron Man? Or will he fight alongside Captain America as one of the new Avengers? This poster seems to hint that it might be the later. Take a look!
