Last month, we reported that the first trailer for Marvel's Phase Two adventure Ant-Man was classified by the Alberta Films Rating board, which normally means that it will debut in the near future. Today, Marvel released a brief trailer preview for Ant-Man, with the full trailer debuting during the series premiere of ABC's Marvel's Agent Carter on Tuesday, January 6. We can't see much footage since this preview is "ant-sized," taking up just a tiny portion of the video player, but we'll be sure to keep you posted if a full-sized preview surfaces over the next few days.

The first full trailer release will come almost exactly one month after production wrapped in early December. The story centers on master thief Scott Lang (Paul Rudd), who is armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength. He must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

Evangeline Lilly, Michael Pena, Corey Stoll, Judy Greer, David Dastmalchian, John Slattery, Neil Hamburger and Bobby Cannavale co-star in this highly-anticipated superhero adventure, which closes out Marvel Phase Two next summer. Check out the tiny video below, and stay tuned for the first full trailer in just four short days. Marvel also announced yesterday that the trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron will debut January 12 on ESPN, so stay tuned for that new footage as well.
