Anyone who followed either Arrow or The Flash last season knows that both shows cross over quite frequently, whether it be Arrow and his team coming to Central City, or The Flash going to Star City. It makes sense that The CW Network would start promoting both shows at the same time, then, with a new trailer that throws some electronic dance music (EDM) into the mix, along with footage and sound bites from your favorite episodes of both shows. The end of this video teases that The Flash even has a new hobby.

At the end of this thumping party mix, the DJ is revealed to be none other than Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) in full costume. Perhaps the network is trying some unconventional promotional methods, luring the EDM crowd in to watch both Arrow and The Flash. This isn't the first time The CW has tried to cross-promote both shows in unique ways. Earlier this year, as both shows' respective seasons were winding down, the network debuted a trailer dubbed Superhero Fight Club, where all the DC heroes and villains squared off in a secluded steel cage at Palmer Industries.

If new seasons of both Arrow or The Flash weren't enough for you this fall, The CW is also debuting yet another spinoff entitled DC's Legends of Tomorrow next spring. That show will feature Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter, Franz Drameh as Jay Jackson, Victor Garber as Dr. Martin Stein, Caity Lotz as White Canary, Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold, Dominic Purcell as Heat Wave, Brandon Routh as Atom, Falk Hentschel as Hawkman and Casper Crump has signed on to play Vandal Savage. Before DC's Legends of Tomorrow airs, though, Hawkman will first appear on both Arrow and The Flash

It has also been confirmed that Caity Lotz will appear in a Season 4 episode of Arrow, where she will be reportedly brought back to life through the Lazarus Pit and resurrected as White Canary. There is speculation that this will happen in the same episode that Matt Ryan will guest star as John Constantine, since his character has expert knowledge of the Lazarus Pit. With both shows set to debut this October, we'll surely hear more about each respective season soon.

New characters coming to Arrow include Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk, Alexander Calvert as Anarky, Echo Kellum as superhero Mister Terrific and Jimmy Akingbola as the villainous Baron Blitzkrieg. The Flash will bring aboard Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West, Michael Ironside playing Lewis Snart, Shantel VanSanten as Patty Spivot, former WWE Superstar Adam Copeland, a.k.a. Edge playing Atom Smasher, Violett Beane as Jesse Quick, Demore Barnes as Henry Hewitt and Tony Todd as the main villain Zoom. Check out this groovy trailer for both shows below, to get in step with The Flash Season 2, debuting on Tuesday, October 7, and the Arrow Season 4 premiere, arriving Wednesday, October 8 on The CW.
