In what may or may not come as a shock to some fans, Arrow star Stephen Amell claims he's put on the suit for the last time. When Arrow Season 4 returns in the fall, Oliver Queen will no longer wear the green hood and leather that has become an iconic sight in Starling City. In an interview conducted shortly after Arrow Season 3 came to a close this past week, Stephen Amell boldly proclaimed:

"Arrow is done. No more Arrow suit. I've worn it for the last time."

My Name is Oliver Queen wrapped up Oliver's struggles with Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins this past Wednesday, and as first teased by producer Marc Guggenheim, it certainly felt more like a Series Finale than a Season Finale. At the end, Oliver decides to quit the Arrow persona, and leave his vigilante life behind forever. We see him drive off into the sunset with Felicity, but some fans saw this as a ruse. There was no way Arrow was 'completely' over, right? As Stephen Amell is planning to return in the fall.

With the show called Arrow, its hard to imagine that someone calling themselves Arrow won't emerge at some point. And what does that mean for Oliver? Which identity will he assume upon his return? As for now, it doesn't even sound like Stephen Amell himself knows for sure. Some speculate that Stephen Amell will finally transition from just being Arrow into being The Green Arrow. Though the distinction between the two is slight, the comic book Green Arrow is less dour and brooding. And Arrow Season 3 left us with a much happier Oliver than we've ever seen in the past.
