The first poster has arrived for Austenland, director Jerusha Hess' romantic comedy that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival last month. The film marks Jerusha Hess' directorial debut, after writing comedies such as Napoleon Dynamite, Nacho Libre, and Gentlemen Broncos with her husband Jared Hess. Keri Russell stars as Jane Hayes, a woman who is obsessed with the work of Jane Austen, particularly the BBC adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. She heads to a theme park based on the author's work to find her perfect man. FilmDistrict will release Austenland later this year, although a specific release date has not been determined yet.
