In every Marvel movie, the superheroes and villains get new costumes, and next month's Avengers: Age of Ultron is no different. Today we have a featurette from this Phase Two sequel, where costume designer Alexandra Byrne, who worked on Marvel's The Avengers, explains how she collaborated with the clothing company Under Armour to develop tactical gear for The Avengers when they are not seen in their full superhero outfits. We hear from Aaron Taylor-Johnson on the set, where he shows how his unique look was custom made just for him.

This action-packed adventure is also Alexandra Byrne's third time working on Thor's costume, with Chris Hemsworth revealing that the outfit gets more comfortable each time around, and his costume in Avengers: Age of Ultron is the best one yet. Director Joss Whedon also talks about how he wanted to "amp up" Scarlett Johansson's Black Widow suit, which includes a number of electronic features sewn into the outfit. The video also includes concept art featuring the original designs for several of these costumes.

Avengers: Age of Ultron is the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.
