Aw hell, just do me a favor and give me a movie about Mr. Myxlplyx. It won't mean anything, but it'll be entertaining. Besides, you're not doing the important characters right now anyways, right WB/DC?

It's about the risk, @dan1. Less fanboys to bitch about deviating from the material, and thus they can tweak the films to however they see fit in order to sell to the largest audience. Less criticism would come, a smaller budget would be acceptable, and they can still consider it a comic-book/sci-fi film to attract audiences. That's my thoughts on the matter, but I understand your point and agree wholeheartedly. DC/WB isn't playing too smart at the moment.

I wonder if anyone cares about this, I mean DC can make a few big hits, but Marvel is consistent. The only big movies DC can bring out that will surely be huge is Batman or Superman. Not hating on them but just saying. This does sound interesting, but DC has a long way to go before it can touch Marvel, but I still love Batman can't wait for TDKR.
