Last month, production wrapped on Warner Bros.' highly-anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, with fans eagerly awaiting the first trailer, which is reportedly set to debut next month, attached to prints of Jupiter Ascending. Today we have word that star Henry Cavill continued one of his new traditions, which started on 2013's Man of Steel, by sending out commemorative coins to the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice crew members. Filming_Chicago has received photos of the coins, which signify the shooting dates (May 19, 2014 to December 4, 2014), with one side featuring the Batman logo and the other showcasing the Superman logo. In addition, HenryCavill.org has received Henry Cavill's note that accompanied the coins, which you can read below.

"During [the Man of Steel] shooting I discovered that the US military have a series of coins to commemorate each department and individual force within the military so I thought, considering the epic journey we all went through on such an iconic project, it only fair that we have our own coin too! This is just a little souvenir to keep and remember the satisfyingly hard work and the good times from start to finish."

As he said in the note, Henry Cavill started this tradition on Man of Steel, which continued with Warner Bros.' The Man from U.N.C.L.E.. What do you think of Henry Cavill's gesture of sending commemorative coins out to the hard-working crew members? Take a look at the coins below, and chime in with your thoughts.
