Earlier this month, reports surfaced that Warner Bros. has already started to screen Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice to a select number of people, and the reactions from those screenings reportedly made the studio very "nervous" about the massive DC Universe the movie sets up. There was speculation that the studio may delay Justice League Part 1, in favor of a Batman Reboot that Ben Affleck would reportedly star in and direct, since the studio was quite pleased with his work in the movie. However, that isn't happening since it was recently confirmed that Justice League Part 1 will start shooting in April. On an episode of the Collider Heroes podcast, Chris Gore revealed that he also knows someone who has seen the movie, revealing that the "stand-out" star is Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman.

"I know someone who has seen Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, and the stand-out of the movie is Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman kills it, and they don't show you anything in the trailer."

Another member of the Collider Heroes team, Jon Schnepp, revealed he also heard from someone who has seen the movie, who claims that Wonder Woman "steals the movie." We haven't seen much of Wonder Woman in the footage released from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice thus far, but it certainly seems that she has a much bigger role in the movie than we're being lead to believe by the trailers. It isn't known if the studio plans on releasing another trailer between now and the March 25 release date, but hopefully we'll get to see more of Wonder Woman in new clips over the next few weeks.

Gal Gadot is currently shooting her stand alone Wonder Woman movie, which is set for release on June 23, 2017. We got our first sneak peek at this stand alone adventure last month, during The CW's half-hour special on this massive superhero universe. Last year a rumor surfaced that Wonder Woman will be set in three different time periods and settings. One of these settings is Diana's homeland of Themyscira, and it is rumored that the Italy portion of the shoot will be used for the Themyscira scenes. It was also recently confirmed that another setting is World War I, with the last setting being present day, which will connect the movie to her appearance in the upcoming Justice League Part 1.

Connie Nielsen most recently signed on to play the title character's mother Hippolyta in Wonder Woman. She joins a cast that also includes Chris Pine as the title character's love interest, Steve Trevor, along with Ewen Bremner, Robin Wright, David Thewlis, Danny Huston, Elena Anaya, Lucy Davis and Saïd Taghmaoui. No details have been given for the rest of the supporting cast quite yet. There have also been rumors that Sean Bean and Eva Green were playing the main villains Ares and Circe, but their involvement hasn't been confirmed either. What do you think about Wonder Woman "stealing" the show in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice?
