We're just a few days away from cinematic history being made with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which will be the first movie ever to showcase Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill) together on the big screen. The movie is also historic since it marks the first big-screen appearance of Wonder Woman, with Gal Gadot portraying the iconic heroine. Collider recently spoke with producer Deborah Snyder, who teased that Batman v Superman will only give fans a small taste of Wonder Woman's superpowers.

"I think that (director) Zack (Snyder) and Geoff Johns sat down and outlined these stories, many of them at least. Really, we did a chart with what their powers were, like what Superman's powers were, and I think you see a little bit of Wonder Woman. So we get a sense of her power but we didn't want to do too much because obviously Patty (Jenkins)'s going to build up to that and we're going to learn how she discovers her powers in that movie."

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice won't only feature the "trinity" of Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, but it will also introduce the rest of the Justice League. Aquaman (Jason Momoa), The Flash (Ezra Miller) and Cyborg (Ray Fisher) will also have brief appearances in the movie, and while very little is known about their appearance, Deborah Snyder teased that we'll get to see a "little bit" of their abilities.

"And then with Aquaman and Flash and Cyborg, those are a little bit more cameo, so you see a little bit that there's something different but we don't want to give too much away because we were just in the process, and we still are, of developing those scripts."

Gal Gadot is currently shooting her stand alone Wonder Woman movie, under the direction of Patty Jenkins, which is set for release next summer. That movie has been rumored to have three distinct settings, her homeland of Themyscira, World War I London and present day, which will lead into Justice League Part 1. Production on Justice League Part 1 is scheduled to begin on April 11, so hopefully we'll learn more about that massive superhero ensemble soon. Are you glad that not all of Wonder Woman's powers will be on display in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice?
