The past week was as sweet as honey for one new DVD. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Bee Movie easily buzzed past the competition taking the DVD sales crown for the week ending March 16. While it far outsold its nearest competition, the second place winner had a damn good week in both sales and rental.

No Country for Old Men took the second spot on the sales charts, but did end up beating out Bee Movie on the rental charts. No Country for Old Men ended up with a solid $10.2 million in rental revenue, besting Bee Movie's $9 million in rentals.

Two other high-profile releases also had solid opening weeks as well. Hitman debuted in third on the sales charts and fourth on the rentals, while Dan in Real Life finished fifth in sales and third in rentals.

On the high-def side, No Country for Old Men topped the Blu-Ray sales charts.
