Ben 10: Omniverse is the latest television series in the global juggernaut Ben 10 franchise and the latest original series from Cartoon Network Studios. Matt Youngberg (Transformers) is supervising producer, and the series premiere in September 2012 was the network's top-rated telecast of the day among key demos, according to Nielsen Media Research. This new series for Cartoon Network's evergreen brand also brings new excitement to the franchise, which includes a massive consumer products program led by a top-selling toyline, a series of interactive titles and more that have combined to generate more than $3 billion in global retail sales to date. A new line of Ben 10: Omniverse toys from Bandai and an all-new Ben 10: Omniverse interactive game from D3Publisher launched this fall at retailers nationwide. Ben 10: Omniverse - A New Beginning also builds upon a strong home entertainment catalog for the brand that includes releases from its three previous series - classic Ben 10, Ben 10 Alien Force and Ben 10: Ultimate Alien - which have combined to sell more than 2.3 million DVDs to date.
Cartoon Network will support the DVD release of Ben 10: Omniverse DVD with targeted on-air spots on Cartoon Network, a digital media buy in kids and mom-targeted websites, as well as an online marketing and social media campaign.
