‘Black Nativity’ Trailer Starring Jennifer Hudson and Mary J. Blige

A struggling family comes together during the holiday season in the first trailer for Black Nativity, directed by Kasi Lemmons (The Caveman's Valentine). Jennifer Hudson stars as a single mother who sends her son (Jacob Latimore) to spend Christmas with the grandparents (Forest Whitaker and Angela Bassett) he's never met. A modern-day adaptation of Langston Hughes' critically-acclaimed play, Black Nativity hits theaters November 27 and co-stars Tyrese Gibson, Mary J. Blige, and Nasir Jones.


Black Nativity was released November 27th, 2013.
