Brett Ratner Discovers ‘The Unknowns’

Brett Ratner picks up The Unknowns comic book It seems that filmmaker Brett Ratner is delving into the comic book genre for a new film project. Variety is reporting that Ratner has acquired the rights to the comic book property The Unknowns.

Ratner will produce this comic book adaptation, which centers on Alexis Davenport, a young woman living a normal life who discovers that she was actually the leader of a highly-trained team of killers dubbed The Unknowns. She then goes on a journey to find out why her memories have been erased and who was responsible.

The comic book was created by Mark A. Altman, Steven Kriozere and model/actress Monica Olsen. No director has been attached to the project as of yet.

I mean, i'll bite, my curiosity will peak and i'll probably go see it. Just to know how it is. @big-faannnn I'm sure Monica Olsen is great but, doesn't exactly mean that she'll make the movie great if the story and everything else doesn't come together.

I'm excited for this movie. I know Monica Olsen personally, and she is a very intelligent actress/model. She knows 7 languages and is CEO of a huge skin product line. I really hope Ratner can make this movie great.

Agrees with @Philip. I don't think it'll have Geena Davis saying 'die, screaming muthaf*cka', either.

Hmm, the plot sounds a little close to The Last Kiss Goodnight, as far as it being about a woman living a normal life that has no memory of her past lifestyle anyway lol.
