Stomp the Yard's Brian White has signed on for the Tyler Perry comedy I Can Do Bad All by Myself, and the Joss Whedon-Drew Goddard horror collaboration Cabin in the Woods.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Richard Jenkins and Bradley Whitford star in the MGM thriller, about which almost nothing is known but its release date: Feb. 4. White will play a character named Truman alongside Kristen Connolly, Chris Hemsworth, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz and Jesse Williams.

In I Can Do Bad All by Myself, White will play Randy, the cocky potential romantic interest of Taraji P. Henson's character. Last week, Mary J. Blige was cast in the film, which is based on one of Perry's early plays.

I Can Do Bad All by Myself is filming in Atlanta for a September theatrical rollout.
