Bruce Willis and Ambyr Childers have signed on to star in the upcoming sci-fi action-thriller Vice, which is being set up at Emmet/Furla/Oasis Films.
The story is set in a futuristic city where humans can live out their fantasies with androids at a resort known as Vice. The plot thickens when one robot (Ambyr Childers) becomes self-aware, threatening to destroy this lurid organization. Bruce Willis is playing Julian, who owns the Vice resort.
Andre Fabrizio and Jeremy Passmore (San Andreas: 3D, Red Dawn) wrote the screenplay, with George Furla, Randall Emmett and Adam Goldworm producing. The project does not have a director attached at this time, with casting still under way for supporting roles. Production is scheduled to begin on March 15 in Alabama.
Bruce Willis recently wrapped production on The Prince, which was also written by Andre Fabrizio and Jeremy Passmore, and stars John Cusack, Jason Patric and 50 Cent. He will next be seen in Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, and he goes into production on director Simon Brand's Captive later this year.
