‘Bubba Nosferatu’ Updates from Paul Giamatti

Paul Giamatti gives updates on Bubba Nosferatu It has been quite some time since we've heard any news on a sequel to the 2003 cult classic film Bubba Ho-Tep and now one of the stars of the sequel has talked a bit more about the film. MTV Movies Blog recently spoke with actor Paul Giamatti who revealed he'll do whatever it takes to make Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires. Here's an excerpt from the site's article.

"We've been trying to make that for two, three years, and we're going to get it done at some point," Giamatti told MTV's Adam Rosenberg about the status of Nosferatu "I'm going to f---ing break my spine in half if I have to to get that thing done."

"We've been trying so hard and we've had so many near-misses," he continued. "It's almost come together like 15 freaking times and then it falls apart. At some point we're going to get that done because it's a great script. We'll get it done at some point."

He also mentioned that financing has been the major issue for the Don Coscarelli film, which he will star as Colonel Tom Parker alongside Ron Perlman as Elvis in this vampire-centric film.

"We'll find some way to do it, I swear to god," he said. "I think Bubba Ho-Tep is just a f---ing great movie. I really do. We'll make this other one somehow."

We'll be sure to keep you posted with any further updates on Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires as soon as we have more information.

Bubba Nosferatu: Curse of the She-Vampires is in development .

i like perlman and will watch him in just about anything. the man has a passion for the industry, no matter how poor a movie or great a movie is, he just loves to act.

The only thing that made the first one watchable was Bruce Campbell.
