When Captain America: The Winter Soldier hits theaters this April, fans will be introduced to a number of new cast members, such as Anthony Mackie (The Falcon) and Frank Grillo (Crossbones). Marvel also pulled off possibly their biggest casting coup yet with the addition of Robert Redford as S.H.I.E.L.D. leader Alexander Pierce, who is featured in a brand new character poster. While there is still much we don't know about the character, it's clear he plays an integral part in this Marvel Phase Two sequel, although it remains to be seen whether or not he will return for any Phase Three movies.
