Charlotte Rampling and Sally Hawkins Vow to ‘Never Let Me Go’

Charlotte Rampling, Sally Hawkins, Nathalie Richard and Andrea Riseborough have climbed on board Never Let Me Go, starring opposite Keira Knightley in the Mark Romanek-directed pic for Fox Searchlight and Film4.

According to Variety, Carey Mulligan and Andrew Garfield already boarded the project, which is based on a 2005 Kazuo Ishiguro novel.

Alex Garland (28 Days Later) adapted the screenplay, which revolves around a trio (Knightley, Mulligan and Garfield) who, as children, spend their childhood at a seemingly idyllic English boarding school. As they grow into young adults, they find that they have to prepare themselves for the haunting reality that awaits them.

Production began Tuesday in the U.K.

Never Let Me Go was released September 15th, 2010.
