Christopher Walken has joined the cast of Clint Eastwood's upcoming Musical Jersey Boys.

The film will tell the true story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. It will focus on the group's front man Frankie Valli, who was famous for this falsetto. Christopher Walken will be portraying Angelo "Gyp" DeCarlo, who played a pivotal role in the bands success and steered them away for the grip of organized crime. Clint Eastwood is directing from a script provided by Marshall Brickman and no_perosn|Rick Elice. Graham King and Robert Lorenz are producing alongside Frankie Valli and Bob Gaudio. Production is slated to begin mid-September in Los Angeles.
