According to Variety, quite a cast has lined up for Richard Neville's memoir "Hippie Hippie Shake: The Dreams, the Trips, the Trials, the Love-ins, the Screw Ups: The Sixties." Cillian Murphy, Sienna Miller, Max Minghella and Emma Booth have all agreed to appear in the drama.

The film revolves around Oz magazine's famous obscenity trial, and will act as a metaphor for London in the swinging '60s. The trial, about a sexually explicit issue of the magazine, was the longest in English legal history. It ended with them promising to never publish the magazine again.

Beeban Kidron has signed on to direct. The film will begin shooting this fall.
