With Comic-Con 2014 winding down today, there was still plenty of excitement in Hall H this morning when the hit CW series Supernatural took the stage, with stars Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles introducing the first footage from Season 10. Before we get into that, take a look at some photos of the panelists below, then read on for more details about this highly-anticipated season.

The footage shown was a scene from the third episode of Season 10, where Dean (Jensen Ackles) confronts his brother Sam (Jared Padalecki) for the first time since Dean was turned into a demon. Here's what Dean had to say to his brother.

"Guys like me, we're the natural order. I know what you did when you were looking for me, so tell me... which one of us is really the monster?"

After that line, "Demon Dean" attacks Sam with an axe, while Sam puts a knife to Dean's throat. Executive producer Jeremy Carver revealed that Dean's demonic presence will have a significant impact on their relationship.

"(Demon Dean will) have an enormous effect on the season and on the brothers. These boys really dig into, Sam in particular, how to rescue his brother from being a demon. (Dean will) struggle with what it means to be a demon. It's very, very exciting. We're really excited most of all with the idea of these brothers questioning who the real monster is. It's exciting and very moving and emotional."

Jensen Ackles also teased that, during this past week of production, Demon Dean has been quite busy.

"On Tuesday, Demon Dean fought and killed a guy. On Wednesday, beat a guy close to death. And on Thursday, beat a guy and killed another guy. And I was like 'This is awesome,' I was having a great week."

Jared Padalecki added how fun it was to see his co-star do something so different.

"It's a joy to see Ackles get to flex those muscles."

Jensen Ackles also directed this season's third episode, adding that Demon Dean was easier to direct.

"It was challenging... introducing that character at the same time as directing. Demon Dean was a little easier [to direct than regular Dean] because he was tied up most of the time."

Mark Sheppard also returns as Crowley this season, teasing what's in store for his character

"Nobody's ever going to believe that Crowley didn't know what was going to happen... we have to see whether Crowley has any control at all."

Executive producer Jeremy Carver also confirmed that the 200th episode will be "musical-ish."

"We've been describing the [200th] episode as 'musical-ish.' It's very much what we consider to be a love-letter to the fans."

Jensen Ackles added that there are musical elements in the season premiere as well.

"Technically in the season opener, there's singing and music involved as well.Apparently Demon Dean likes to karaoke."

Jared Padalecki also offered a heartfelt thank you to the show's longtime fans.

"We wanted to say thanks to you guys. Hopefully you guys know how much you mean to us... how much truly we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you guys, so thank you very much. I walked home and I got to see some people sleeping outside [Hall H]. It was so cool. The first thing I said was 'get a room!' and someone looked at me like 'Shut up-- OMG!!!' It's been awesome and humbling and great to be a part of, so thanks, guys."

Misha Collins, who plays Castiel on the series, talks about this new generation of fans.

"It's amazing looking at photos of you from Season 1, you guys were children! We're getting to meet a new generation of fans now... It's amazing to be a part of something that spans generations."

The actor also touched on Castiel getting weaker, but he is still focused on helping others.

"Castiel is concerned about trying to help Dean get patched up again more so than he is about getting his own powers back."

Jensen Ackles also touched on Demon Dean's relationship with Crowley.

"The interesting thing about Demon Dean and Crowley is that at some point, Crowley's going to think 'this is a BAD idea.'"

It was also noted that Demon Dean has the Impala, although he cares far less about the car then regular dean. Jared Padalecki added that the differences between Dean and Sam are what continue to drive the show.

"Sam was a homebody... [Dean's] a traveler... the difference between Sam at his core and Dean at his core drove 'Supernatural in our early seasons and is driving us now... He's on the road, he's got his car, that's all he wants."

While no specific character details were given, executive producer Jeremy Carver revealed that fans will get several new and returning female characters this year.

"You can expect a healthy dose of new and returning very strong, very powerful female characters."

Misha Collins commented on the long-rumored Supernatural spin-off, although he has a much different take on the project than you might expect.

"There's talk of a Supernatural spinoff, I think it should be a very Sam and Dean-centric spinoff and I can just stay and take care of Supernatural."

Supernatural returns with the Season 10 Premiere Tuesday, October 7 on The CW.
