Actor-writer Dan Aykroyd announced on his Facebook page today that he is writing a new comedy screenplay with Chevy Chase. Take a look at Dan Aykroyd's message below.

"Chevy (Chase) and I are about to start work on a script concept for a comedy movie. Cannot say too much about the concept, but the joy of working with him again is one that I am extremely excited about. Chevy is one of my favourite people, and one of the great anarchistic and physically committed comedians in the business."

Both Dan Aykroyd and Chevy Chase started out as writers and actors on Saturday Night Live in the 1970s, and teamed up in comedies such as Spies Like Us and Nothing But Trouble, which Dan Aykroyd directed. Chevy Chase currently stars on the NBC series Community, and Dan Aykroyd will next be seen in The Campaign, which was previously known as Dog Fight.
