We got our first glimpse at Marvel's Daredevil series during New York Comic Con this past October, with photos and a cast Q&A. Now, showrunner Steven S. DeKnight has jumped on Twitter to offer more details about this hour-long action drama that will be debuting on Netflix sometime in early 2015.

It's not clear if all 13 episodes have wrapped shooting just yet, but lucky attendees at NYCC also got to see the first footage from the highly anticipated TV show, which ties into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and will be available for streaming all at once.

Among the tidbits revealed where characters that won't be appearing on the series, whether or not Daredevil's iconic red suit will eventually make an appearance, and the show's official rating. It's also noted that this is a show that must be watched carefully, as it will contain quite a few easter eggs.

Marvel's Daredevil has not yet announced an official premiere date. The Netflix series follows the journey of Matt Murdock, who was blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, now fighting against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the super hero Daredevil in modern day Hell's Kitchen, New York City.
