According to The Hollywood Reporter, David James Elliott is set to play the lead in ABC's drama pilot Sixty Minute Man.

It was a busy day for pilot pickups, with a slew of projects getting the green light at ABC, CBS and Fox, including a drama for CBS from CSI maven Carol Mendelsohn, drama pilots for ABC from feature producers Cathy Conrad and Dan Jinks and Bruce Cohen to be directed by James Mangold and David Nutter, respectively, and a comedy for Fox from Friends alums Andrew Reich and Ted Cohen. Additionally, UPN is looking to spin off its hit comedy Girlfriends by ordering a backdoor pilot to air as an episode of the long-running series later this season. Sixty Minute Man, from Touchstone TV and writers/exec producers Graham Yost and Chris Brancato, centers on suburban family man John Henderson (Elliott) who, after discovering that he can't recall his actions during one hour of each day, risks his life to determine whether he's the key player in a conspiracy that could alter the course of U.S. history.
