"We need to travel back in time to save the future." That's the mission time traveling superhero Rip Hunter gives his new crew in DC's Legends of Tomorrow. But instead of setting out to stop complete world destruction, White Canary suggests it might be better to go get weird in the 70s. The latest trailer has arrived for this CW series, which is a spinoff of its two biggest hits, Arrow and The Flash. We also get over 20 new photos from the Pilot.

These latest images are epic! And they feature the new Firestorm, Jax Jackson (Franz Drameh), Firestorm's other half, Dr. Martin Stein (Victor Garber), Atom (Brandon Routh), Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill), Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller), Heat Wave (Dominic Purcell), White Canary (Caity Lotz), Hawkman (Falk Hentschel) and Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee). Best of all, we get to see White Canary taking on a baldheaded bruiser in a bar. And we also get to see the entire team come together in a few killer shots.

In DC's Legends of Tomorrow, when heroes alone are not enough, the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat - one in which not only the planet is at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known?

These heroes will be going up against the immortal Vandal Savage (Casper Crump), who fans first got to see in the Arrow and The Flash crossover event that aired earlier this month. We reported in September that Stephanie Corneliussen has signed on to play the DC Comics character Valentina Vostok, a.k.a. Negative Woman, and another report from October revealed that the show is casting for Connor Hawke. In the Arrow comic books, Connor Hawke is Oliver Queen's son, although that aspect of the comics will be discarded for the TV version.

Last week, Robbie Amell teased that he could be returning to either The Flash or DC's Legends of Tomorrow, after posting cryptic photos with his co-star Victor Garber and his Firestorm suit. Since the Arrow and The Flash crossover introduced Vandal Savage, it is believed there will be plenty of opportunities for both shows to cross over with DC's Legends of Tomorrow. In fact, Neal McDonough, who plays current Arrow villain Damien Darhk, revealed that he will be appearing in both The Flash and DC's Legends of Tomorrow.

When DC's Legends of Tomorrow debuts next month, fans will have three nights in a row of superhero action, with The Flash airing Tuesday nights, Arrow on Wednesday nights and this new series on Thursday nights, all at 8 PM ET. While we wait for more details on DC's Legends of Tomorrow, take a look at these new posters below. Which of these characters are you most looking forward to seeing in DC's Legends of Tomorrow? The CW Network's two biggest hits, Arrow and The Flash, are both based on beloved DC Comics characters, with each show bringing in a number of iconic heroes and villains.

The network's DC Comics presence is about to get even bigger, with DC's Legends of Tomorrow, which will premiere Thursday, January 21 at 8 PM ET. While we get ready for the DC Legends of Tomorrow premiere in just over one month, check out this latest footage and images! They're sure to get you super excited!
