As you've likely noticed from the trailers and all of the other previously-released footage, Deadpool is not your everyday superhero. He curses up a storm and has no problem taking both his friends and enemies down a peg with his sarcastic sense of humor. But, despite his rough-around-the-edges nature, the Merc With the Mouth is still a good guy at heart, and in a new series of videos, Ryan Reynolds dons the maroon suit to help spread awareness for a worthy cause: testicular cancer. As you can imagine, these new Deadpool videos aren't your typical PSA's.

The videos were made in conjunction with an organization known as Ball Boys, where the Merc With the Mouth shows you how to check your "smooth criminals" for lumps, at least once a month. While we don't get any new footage from the actual Deadpool movie itself, it's chocked full of this colorful character's unique sense of humor, while dropping some important knowledge to boot. We'll keep you posted if more video PSA's arrive before the February 12 release date.

Based upon Marvel Comics' most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

The 20th Century Fox film will go up against Warner Bros. romantic comedy How to Be Single and Paramount's comedy sequel Zoolander 2. Box office analysts started tracking the superhero adventure last week, with some even claiming that it could hit north of $60 million in its opening frame. Zoolander 2 is tracking at around $20 million for its debut. If these projections are accurate, the R-rated Deadpool will have a higher opening weekend than both the original X-Men and X-Men: First Class.

Ryan Reynolds stars as the Merc With the Mouth, with a supporting cast that includes Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, Ed Skrein, T.J. Miller, Brianna Hildebrand, Olesia Shewchuk, Style Dayne, Rachel Sheen and Dan Zachary. Tim Miller makes his directorial debut with Deadpool, working from a script by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Deadpool is based on the Marvel comic book series created by Rob Liefeld. Take a look at these Deadpool PSA videos below, and touch yourself tonight.
