Last month, Lionsgate released the first trailer for their upcoming comedy Dirty Grandpa, starring Robert De Niro and Zac Efron. Today, the studio has debuted a new red band trailer, which is chocked full of R-rated language and sexual situations, which should be watched by viewers over the age of 18 only. This new footage proves that Robert De Niro's character Dick Kelly may go down as one of the most unique cinematic grandfather's in recent memory.

The story centers on Jason Kelly (Zac Efron), who is one week away from marrying his boss' manipulative daughter (Julianne Hough), which will put him on the fast track for a partnership at the law firm. However, when the straight-laced Jason is tricked into driving his foul-mouthed grandfather, Dick (Robert De Niro), to Daytona for spring break, his pending nuptials are suddenly in jeopardy. Between riotous frat parties, bar fights, and an epic night of karaoke, Dick is on a quest to live his life to the fullest and bring Jason along for the ride.

Ultimately, on the wildest journey of their lives, "dirty" Grandpa and his uptight grandson discover they can learn from one another and form the bond they never had. This raunchy and outlandish comedy also stars Zoey Deutch, Aubrey Plaza, Dermot Mulroney, Jason Mantzoukas, Henry Zebrowski and Adam Pally. Dan Mazer (I Give It a Year) directs this comedy from a script by John Phillips, who makes his screenwriting debut.

Lionsgate will release Dirty Grandpa on January 22, 2016, going up against STX Entertainment's The Boy, which stars Lauren Cohan and Rupert Evans. While the comedy doesn't face heavy competition in its opening weekend, it is sandwiched between two jam-packed weekends at the box office. 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, The 5th Wave, Ride Along 2 and The Nut Job 2 open on January 15, 2016, with The Finest Hours, Kung Fu Panda 3 and Lights Out opening on January 29, 2016.

Bill Block, Jason Barrett, Jason Barrett and Michael Simkin are producing this comedy, which could be one of the early box office hits of 2016. Zac Efron's straight-laced Jason Kelly is practically the polar-opposite of his hard-partying Teddy in last year's comedy blockbuster Neighbors. Ironically, that movie featured a party where the entire fraternity dressed up as Robert De Niro characters. Take a look at the new red band trailer for Dirty Grandpa, but only if you're over the age of 18.
