Finding Dory is one of the most anticipated sequels Pixar has ever announced. And this past Friday we got our first official look at the CG-animated adventure along with some of the new cast. Ed O'Neill, Ty Burrell and the great Kaitlin Olson all arrived at D23 in Anaheim to tease their new characters. We now have the interviews from this event, along with the panel presentation.

Ellen DeGeneres (The Ellen DeGeneres Show), who voices everyone's favorite forgetful blue tang, surprised D23 Expo attendees this past Friday to celebrate Disney Pixar's upcoming film Finding Dory. Joining DeGeneres on stage were Ed O'Neill (Modern Family), who lends his voice to Hank, a cantankerous octopus; Ty Burrell (Modern Family), the voice of Bailey, a misguided beluga whale; and Kaitlin Olson (It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia), who voices Destiny, a kind-hearted whale shark. Oscar-winning director Andrew Stanton (Finding Nemo, WALL-E), co-director Angus MacLane and producer Lindsey Collins (co-producer WALL-E) offered new details while showing everyone Hank the octopus for the first time. We also have video interviews with them.

Finding Dory reunites Dory with friends Nemo and Marlin on a search for answers about her past. What can she remember? Who are her parents? And where did she learn to speak Whale? Also featuring the voices of Albert Brooks, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy, Disney Pixar's Finding Dory swims into theaters June 17, 2016.

In Disney Pixar's Finding Dory, everyone's favorite forgetful blue tang, Dory (voice of Ellen DeGeneres), encounters an array of new-and old-acquaintances, including a cantankerous octopus named Hank (voice of Ed O'Neill). Finding Dory is directed by Andrew Stanton (Finding Nemo, WALL-E), co-director Angus MacLane and producer Lindsey Collins (co-producer WALL-E). Here's what directorAndrew Stanton had to say in a statement about this animated movie sequel.

"In Finding Dory, we can expect to address the one emotionally open-ended issue that remained from the first movie: Where is Dory's family, and will this overly-optimistic fish with short-term memory loss ever be able to find them again? Her issue has also given us the opportunity to travel to very different locations, on land and sea, and meet a variety of new sea creatures that expand the world of Nemo, Marlin and Dory."

Finding Dory will go up against the action-comedy Central Intelligence when it hits theaters next summer. Toy Story 4 currently has the June 16, 2017 release date all to itself, between Paramount's World War Z 2 and Warner Bros.' Wonder Woman. While we wait for more details on this highly-anticipated animated sequel, take a look at all of the video interviews and the panel interview. We even managed to catch a few moments with Ellen DeGeneres!
