@bawnian-dexeus That would be cool for CW, but I don't think they can handle two DC programs at the same time. They tried twice while Smallville was on with Aquaman and a Graysons Tv series. Now that Arrow's on, I'm sure we won't see a new DC series till it wraps up. I hope they continue making more though. It's always nice having a superhero series on the air.

@incmob Jason Todds Red Hood or Jokers Red Hood, either one would be awesome

@narrator great ideas! never even thought of a bruce/bats feature that would give the game great versatility, but no game has yet to explore that really except the brief levels of the batman begins game. to step it up a notch, i would love to see a few features for the fans, and give the opportunity to design and share your own batcave as well, possibly even your own batmobile... not to constantly beat that into the ground, but batmans vehicles are very much an essential part of the lore, plus with the span of gotham, if they could make it as big a map as say skyrim or GTA, batman would need an easier way to be able to get around instead of just zip lining. i would not mind seeing some sort of reputation meter as well, which would be intrical for intimidation and whether civilians turn you in to either the GCPD or the villains.

@SherlockHolmes2009 if you are implying the jokers red hood, i would option for the jason todd version. i agree... although the joker is to batman as peanut butter is to jelly, i think it is better to leave him dead, bringing back dead characters is a cliche, and there are plenty in batmans rogue gallery that could be just as menacing as the joker.

Indeed, @incmob. The interactive, sandbox "Gotham" you described would be marvelous to behold, and would help take our minds off the fact that the Joker is dead. On top of that, if the developers took it a bit further, and made the sandbox "Skyrim" like, with random drops of enemies, real-time playing, and the ability to change between Bruce and Batman during the day/night, I'd say we'd have a sure-winner on our hands so long as the primary story holds up.

@incmob I would love to see Red Hood in a prequel but I really feel that a sequel is more the way to go as aposed to going with a prequel. I feel that they shouldnt use The Joker as the main villian everytime in a Batman video game. Although the Joker is the best, all the other villians are great in their own right. The way they left off TwoFace in Arkham City was the best way to lead him up to one of the 2 main villians with Scarecrow for a sequel. Like I said if their trying to do some prequel thats the way to go with a sequel/prequel but the best way to go is just a sequel, a grand theft auto style Gotham City where you can do anything and everything like you said with everything from interactive with citizens to the Batcave, Black Gate, and seeing what happened to villians like Ventriliquest, Black Mask, and the others

@narrator exactly my thoughts. not only the whole experience of gotham but as batman as well. almost like a grand theft auto feel, where you have access to the batcave, the batmobile, but also the opportunity to save citizens much like saving guards in the first two games. i like the idea of "the wall breaking down", which could be part of the story where the inmates have escaped arkham, and would make for a triumphant ending for the arkham series. i think with rounding up the criminals, including the use of vehicles and the batcave, the exploration of gotham as well as possibly black gate and again arkham, and having an interactive experience with citizens of gotham, it would be enough to satisfy any fan of the series.

@SherlockHolmes2009 that could definately work, and from rumors dating back to july of last year, they might be going with a prequel in the silver age. personally, although i love the joker and the way he was portrayed in the games would like to see the red hood as a possible contender for the main villain. however if they are going prequel, then the joker will probably star once again.

@incmob What if it could be a prequel and a sequel; Batman has to deal with what will happen after the events of Arkham City while having flashbacks to his first encounter with the Joker, the player dealing with both events

It's definitely a game, but I was just thinking last night how awesome it would be if they adapted the Arkham games into a film trilogy, something completely different from the Nolan films. Anyone?

Arkham Universe would definitely fit into the video game progression.

This seems more like names they are considering for another video game. In which case I'm all in since the games are beyond great.

I am a fan of Batman more than anything else, but I can see this as a third game. Film no - personally I would love to see a TV series featuring the cops of Gotham City. GPD, and how they interact with criminals and Batman's rogue library of villains.
