Marvel is in full-blown public awareness mode for their latest movie Doctor Strange. We are just a few weeks away from the release and in addition to learning more about the movie itself, we are also getting looks at some of the new merchandise that will be released with the movie, like these super cool new blacklight posters. The only problem is you can't buy them. AMC theaters is giving them away to lucky fans.

IGN debuted the new, limited edition Doctor Strange posters, which are appropriately trippy. Those who were lucky enough to see the 15 minutes of IMAX footage on Monday at Marvel's fan event can attest to that. The posters were designed by Randal Roberts and will be given to AMC stubs members who see the movie in IMAX anytime from opening day on November 4 through the 13. If you are a Doctor Strange fan who wants this poster but aren't an AMC stubs member, there is still plenty of time to sign up.

The poster itself has Doctor Strange front and center looking super focused and serious. We also get a good look at the Eye of Agamotto (which may or may not be an Infinity Gem} along with some really colorful and crazy, other-dimensional imagery along the border. Also, there is a hand releasing a bunch of mystical energy coming out of Doctor Strange's head, which is both cool and perhaps a little unsettling. Either way, it is a really cool and appropriate poster. In case you missed it, here is the official synopsis for Doctor Strange.

"Marvel's Doctor Strange follows the story of the talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a tragic car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Based in New York City's Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilizing a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel cinematic universe."

Doctor Strange is not only going to be a very different kind of movie within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it is going to be a very different kind of comic book movie altogether. The movie will be bringing straight-up magic, as well as the concept of the multiverse, into the MCU, which will open up an entirely new layer to explore in future movies. Not to mention that Doctor Strange, as a character, is incredibly powerful and will be a powerful ally for The Avengers when they team up in Avengers: Infinity War.

Doctor Strange boasts an incredible cast, which is being headlined by Benedict Cumberbatch, who is playing Stephen Strange. The supporting cast includes Tilda Swinton, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Michael Stuhlbarg, Amy Landecker, Scott Adkins and Mads Mikkelsen. Be sure to check out the new blacklight posters for yourself below. Doctor Strange is set to hit theaters on November 4.
