Things aren't looking so great for Joss Whedon's latest TV series, as the show will be benched for November's sweeps month. Entertainment Weekly's Ausiello Files is reporting that Whedon's Dollhouse will be off all of November, and will return in December.

The series hasn't been doing so well in the ratings on Friday nights, and it was said that the show would return with back-to-back episodes sometime in December.

It was also reported that Fox executives still do plan to air all 13 of the episodes they ordered for Dollhouse, but a back-nine order doesn't seem to be in the show's future.

We'll be sure to keep you posted with any new developments on the future of Dollhouse as soon as we have more information.
