The debut date for the new seasons of the HBO comedy series Eastbound & Down and Life's Too Short has been confirmed. Eastbound & Down kicks off its eight-episode third season Sunday, February 19 (10:00-10:30 p.m. ET/PT), immediately followed by the debut of the seven-episode season of the new show Life's Too Short (10:30-11:00 p.m.).

Starring Danny McBride and executive produced by Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, Chris Henchy, Jody Hill and Danny McBride, Eastbound & Down tells the story of Kenny Powers, a star pitcher whose self-destructive behavior knocks him out of major league baseball, leaving him broke, delusional and desperate to regain his former glory.

Life's Too Short is a faux documentary starring actor Warwick Davis (the Harry Potter and Star Wars films) as a fictionalized version of himself: a down-and-out little person desperately trying to hustle and connive his way back into the spotlight. Written, directed and executive produced by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, the show features cameos by top stars, including Johnny Depp, Sting and Steve Carell, along with Gervais and Merchant playing themselves in minor roles.
