Having opened in limited release last weekend to rave reviews, director Miguel Arteta's Cedar Rapids is set to hit more theaters this Friday. The hilarious and poignant comedy stars Ed Helms (of The Office and The Hangover) as a sweetly naïve Wisconsin insurance agent who must leave his small hometown for the first time in his life to represent his company at a regional convention in Cedar Rapids. He soon falls in with the wrong crowd (John C. Reilly, Isiah Whitlock Jr., Anne Heche) and a madcap weekend full of booze, sex, and poolside hijinks ensue.
