EXCLUSIVE: Harrison Ford Explains His Role in ‘The Expendables 3’

While Harrison Ford continues to remain tight-lipped about his return as Han Solo in Star Wars: Episode VII, he doesn't mind spilling the beans about his role in next year's action epic The Expendables 3, where he joins an ensemble cast that includes Sylvester Stallone, Antonio Banderas, Wesley Snipes and Mel Gibson. In our exclusive sit down chat with the actor to promote Ender's Game, he told us more about Leader Max Drummer, who is essentially on hand to give Stallone's Barney Ross orders. Watch as he explains his role to Ryan J. Downey for this upcoming thriller.

I'm playing a character that is an authority figure. He creates an assignment. He manages the Expendables, and he has an interesting relationship to the character sly plays. While I am involved a little bit in the action, not so much. Its an interesting character, and I didn't know Sly before. It was fun."

The Expendables 3 was released August 15th, 2014.
