What if mankind had to leave Earth, and somebody forgot to turn the last robot off? That's the premise of Academy Award-winning writer-director Andrew Stanton's (Finding Nemo) latest project WALL-E, the ninth feature length film to come from Pixar animation. WALL-E will transport moviegoers to a galaxy not so very far away for a new computer-animated cosmic comedy about a determined robot who has suddenly discovered love. We recently met up with Stanton for a chat about his out-of-this-world adventure, as well as cast members Jeff Garlin, Fred Willard, Kathy Najimy, and Pixar good luck charm John Ratzenberger. WALL-E opens this Friday, June 27th, 2008.
