The pedigree behind the new Universal comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall is pretty impressive. It was directed by Nicholas Stoller, produced by Judd Apatow, and written by its star Jason Segel. But the real driving force behind this enterprise is Sarah Marshal herself, Kristen Bell. Bell plays popular young TV star Marshall, who breaks up with her musician boyfriend Peter Bretter (Segel) to instead date rock star Aldous Snow (Russell Brand). This of course leaves Bretter completely destroyed and heart broken. He decides to go on a one man Hawaiian vacation, only to run into Marshall and her flamboyant fling at the exact same resort where he has taken refuge. Comedy chaos ensues, and what we are left with is one of the funniest comedies of the year.

Exclusive: Kristen Bell

We recently flew down to the beautiful Hawaiian island of Oahu to visit the stars of this painfully hilarious romantic romp. There we chatted with Kristin Bell against the breathtaking beaches of Oahu's own Turtle Bay Resort, where much of Forgetting Sarah Marshall was filmed.
