Dwayne Johnson revealed during a recent interview that Fast & Furious 6 producers are talking about a stand alone movie focusing on his character, Luke Hobbs. Here's what the actor had to say about the potential spin-off, which might debut between Fast & Furious 6 and Fast & Furious 7.

"Possibly after this one or after the next one, possibly. I'm not quite too sure. I know that's the goal and we continue to build that character and have him take shape. But yes, I can't wait."

2011's Fast Five introduced Dwayne Johnson to the franchise as Luke Hobbs, a DSS Agent who goes after Dom (Vin Diesel), Brian (Paul Walker), and the rest of the gang. In this summer's Fast & Furious 6, Hobbs recruits them to go after a highly-trained group of mercenaries, lead by Owen Shaw (Luke Evans) and the thought-to-be-dead Letty (Michelle Rodriguez), in exchange for full pardons so they can return back home to the United States.
