‘Final Destination 5’ Now Entitled ‘5NAL Destination’

Final Destination 5 now entitled 5nal Destination We reported a few weeks ago that a deadly film series has found a director for the fifth installment and now some more details on the film have been revealed, including the unique title. Bloody-Disgusting is reporting that Final Destination 5 is now being titled 5nal Destination. It was said, however, that this is a tentative title for the film.

The site also has the first details about the film's opening sequence, a death-filled trademark of the film series. Here's an excerpt from the site's article.

"It's gets better, we've got confirmation that the opening disaster involves a suspension bridge collapsing. Boom!"

Steven Quale will make his directorial debut on the film, from a script by Eric Heisserer. We'll be sure to keep you posted with any further updates on this film as soon as we have more information.

Final Destination 5 was released August 12th, 2011.

F.E.A.R would make a great movie. So long as M. Night has nothing to do with it.

I would rather see F.E.A.R as a film than watch Saw or final Destination.

I promise, we'll have at least 3-4 more Paranormal Activities, Final Destinations, Saws, and other mediocre horror franchises in the coming years. I stopped being surprised by the sequelitis to these series a long time ago.

Come on people, you didn't really think the 4th would be the last, did you? As long as the movies keep making money, they'll keep making them. i.e. Saw.

I thought the point of adding "The" to the last installment was to signify that would it be the LAST installment. Guess I was hoping for too much. I seen bits and pieces for the first 2 and thought they were decent but heard nothing good about 3 and 4 and I can't wait till I hear the bad news about this one.

                        They probably think it's clever.

The only letter-number switcheroo that would actually make sense is, as mmm_mmm pointed out, "Final Destin8tion"...and even that would be pushing it. But there's no doubt that they'll make it to 8 movies.

Do they realize that "five-nal" doesn't equal "final?"

                            Idiots.

whoa! whoever named the fourth and fifth movie.. genius-pure genius :] is it really that hard to name them final destination 4, final destination 5...? instead of all this idiotic stupidity (the,5nal) seriously! this franchise is one of my favorites. although there are a few complaints. (titles, casting) 1st and 2nd the best-3rd and 4th not bad.and why couldnt the 4th movie have the characters on the dvd cover like the first 3..? a chick who is made of glass that is breaking.....thats the cover? ok....makes tons of sense

1st one was amazing. 2nd one was alright. 3rd one was a complete sellout of the franchise (seriously lame) 4th one (3D really?) and 5th one sounds hysterical
