Fox Launches ‘Max Payne’ Website

20th Century Fox has launched the website for Max Payne, the video game adaptation directed by John Moore. The film will hit theaters October 17.

The action-thriller stars Mark Wahlberg, Chris O'Donnell, Beau Bridges, Ludacris, Mila Kunis, Olga Kurylenko, Donal Logue, Amaury Nolasco.

Wahlberg will play the titular cop who is haunted by the tragic loss of his family and has little regard for rules as he investigates a series of mysterious murders. He finds himself up against an adversary bent on destroying Max and the streets he protects. Based on the popular video game from Rockstar Games.

Max Payne was released October 17th, 2008.

      MovieWeb, you mean to tell me that Fox hasn't launched the official Max Payne movie site until recently? Why'd they stall for so long? What was the hold up?
