With almost exactly one month left until Season 5 of Game of Thrones debuts, Entertainment Weekly has released its four collectible covers for this week's print issue, featuring series stars Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen), Kit Harington (Jon Snow), Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister) and Maisie Williams (Arya Stark). We also have new details from series co-creator David Benioff, who teases that characters from Westeros and Essos will finally start to collide. Here's what he had to say below.

"Worlds are colliding. One of the things we've been most excited about from the beginning of the series is we've had all these far-flung story lines across Westeros and Essos which almost never cross. Now some of these characters start to head on a collision course for each other."

Last month, author George R.R. Martin made the surprising revelation that some characters who are still alive in his A Song of Fire and Ice novels will be killed off during Season 5, and story lines will also deviate from the books. There will also be three more weddings this season, and, as executive story editor Bryan Cogman teased, the stakes keep getting bigger and bigger.

"With each season, the stakes get higher and higher and the war gets bloodier and bloodier. We're in Season 5 and there's an expectation for big events and consequences."

This week's issue of Entertainment Weekly devotes a whopping 30 pages to Game of Thrones, so stay tuned for more details on Season 5 when the issue is released later this week. In the meantime, take a look at the four EW covers below.
